Extensive one-on-one coaching is necessary prior to one taking part in a CrossFit class. During these sessions, you will learn the fundamental movements that make up our CrossFit program and provide you with some fitness knowledge about yourself that will benefit you greatly when you get to class. Top that off with some conditioning work and by the end, you will be all set for the class experience. Even those with some prior knowledge of our stable of movements will greatly benefit from our Fundamentals program and the detail in which we approach your preparation for class.
GROUP CLASS SCHEDULE
One hour group classes are jam-packed with a warm up, strength component, and a workout of the day (WOD) which will generally range between about eight and 25 minutes. Each class is lead by a trainer that holds a minimum of a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate, which means they have received the training and knowledge to guide you along your fitness journey. The class is structured with a pre-programmed workout that uses a variety of functional movements and exercises that will help get you fitter, happier and healthier. Be on time, bring a good pair of shoes (minimalist is best) and water, and we will do the rest.
